The Health and Society group and Edema-SteernbergFoundation invite you to an interactive session to discuss your methodological issues around community-based research with: Professor Jane South.  Jane is professor of Healthy Communities at the School of Health & Community Studies at Leeds Beckett University, UK.

Her research address the field of volunteering, active citizenship and community health. Professor Jane South has a national and international reputation for her research on lay health workers, peer programmes and volunteer roles in health. She is currently on secondment to Public Health England as an expert advisor on community-centred approaches for health and wellbeing. 

Professor Jane South will visit Wageningen to be a key-note speaker at the International Conference Nutrition Disparity and Equity: From Differences to Potential organised by the Edema-Steernberg Foundation.
